Tsinandali -prince Alexander Chavchavadze the founder of the Georgian romanticism turned the estate in the village of Tsinandali, which he inherited from his father into cultural and intellectual center of the country, the status it preserves to this day.
Telavi is located in the eastern part of Georgia, in the picturesque Alazani Valley, and is the centre of the wine region – Kakheti. Batonis Tsikhe – “the lord”, is a 17th–18th century architectural monument in Telavi, the principal city of Georgia’s eastern region of Kakheti. The Batonis Tsikhe complex contains surviving sections of the Persianate palace of the kings of Kakheti and a museum
Nekresi is an ancient monastic complex located on the top of a mountain in the Alazani Valley in Kakheti. Many centuries ago there was once the eponymous city of Nekresi, the ruins of which can be seen from the height of the monastery.
Corporation Kindzmarauli– the story begins from 1533. The fortress’s wine cellar produced wine and molasses exclusively for the royal families for much of its history. Corporation Kindzmarauli produces 600,000 bottles per year, exporting to 10 countries.
