2 Day: Ujarma-Gremi-Nekresi
Breakfast
Ujarma is one of the most important monuments of medieval architecture in Georgia, due to its location and historical significance. Since the third century ad, the fortress has been the residence of kings and heirs to the throne. The main flourishing of Ujarma occurred in the V-VI century ad, during the reign of Vakhtang Gorgasali and his son Dacha. At that time, a city citadel with high walls, observation and defensive towers, as well as a residence building and a Church were erected. The fortress was one of the main outposts in the defense of the country from the periodic invasions of Arab and Persian troops.
Gremi-was the capital of Kakheti from 1466 to 1672, but the city to the West of the citadel was completely destroyed by Shah Abbas in 1616. Inside the citadel, the Church of the Archangels was built in 1565 by king Levan (who is buried inside) and contains frescoes from 1577. You can climb to the nearby tower-a 15th-century Palace, and a small Museum contains explanatory panels on the old Gremi, as well as artifacts from the site.
Nekresi is an ancient monastery complex located on the top of a mountain in the Alazani valley in Kakheti. Many centuries ago, there was once the eponymous city of Nekresi, the ruins of which can be seen from the height of the monastery.
After a busy program, we will visit the household, where we will be waiting for a real Georgian lunch with master classes in cooking Georgian dishes

4 Day: Ananuri-Gudauri-Gergeti
Breakfast
Ananuri fortress is a medieval defensive fortress on the Georgian Military road, located 64 km from Tbilisi. It was built on the picturesque Bank of the Zhinvali reservoir, at the place where the Aragvi river flows into it. The fortress appeared in the XVI century and for the next two centuries served as the Northern Outpost of the defense of Transcaucasia, blocking the road leading from the Daryalsky gorge.
Trinity Church in Gergeti-located at an altitude of 2,170 m at the foot of Kazbek along the Georgian Military road. This temple was built in the XIV century, but almost nothing is known about its history. However, in one of the guides of 1906, it is written that the Church was built on the site of the worship of pagan idols. In the XVIII century, the Gergeti Church became the repository of the main Georgian relics that were transported here during the Persian invasion of Tbilisi

6 Day: Vardzia-Rabat
Breakfast
Vardzia is a cave city-cave monastery in the South of Georgia. The main period of construction was the second half of the XII century. The underground halls of the” mountain Queen”, dug out of solid rock, look as if they were taken directly from the pages of”the Lord of the rings”. In fact, this is a cave-Palace-monastery, built not by dwarfs, but by Georgians in the Caucasus for their legendary Queen Tamar.
The fortress-Rabat-is located in the city of Akhaltsikhe. Rabati castle was built in the XIII century and has survived many invasions and destruction. Now the castle is a popular attraction in Akhaltsikhe. In 2012, it was reconstructed and strengthened. Rabati castle has a strong fortress wall, four towers with spiral staircases, an observation deck and buildings.

7 Day: Katskhi-Gelaty-Motsameta
Breakfast
The katskhi Pillar is a 40 m high limestone monolith near the Katskhura river, a right tributary of the Kvirila, in the village of Katskhi (Western part of the Imereti region of Georgia), near the city of Chiatura. The katskhi pillar and the temple built on It are first mentioned in the records of the Georgian Prince Vakhushti Bagrationi:
On top of the mountain formation is a Church built between the VI and VIII centuries. Before the arrival of Christianity, the Katskhi pillar was revered by local residents as a symbol of the God of fertility. After the arrival of Christianity in Georgia, the pillar did not lose its cult significance. People believed that this was a place where a person could approach God. On the top of the mountain, Christians built a temple and performed religious rites until the invasion of Ottoman Turkey began.
Gelati monastery is a masterpiece of the Golden age of medieval Georgia, characterized by facades of smoothly hewn large blocks, balanced proportions and blind arches for exterior decoration. Gelat monastery, one of the largest medieval Orthodox monasteries, was also a center of science and education, and the Academy where it was located was one of the most important cultural centers of ancient Georgia.
Motsameta monastery is located 6 kilometers from Kutaisi. The modern Church dates back to the 11th century, but historical records show that the Church was built on this site as early as the 8th century. Motsameta attracts crowds of tourists with an ancient superstition: if you crawl under the ark three times and make a wish by touching the shrines, the wish will come true

8 Day: Martvili-Kinchkha-Okace
Breakfast
Martvilsky canyon is located 45 kilometers from Kutaisi. The canyon is formed by the waters of the Abasha river. Its length is 2.4 km, and the height of the canyon walls reaches 40 m in some places. This natural attraction attracts many tourists who want to feel the contrast between the calm river and dynamic waterfalls. At first, the Martville canyon is a very quiet, deep gorge with high humidity, where the rocks are covered with moss, and the flow of the river is so slow that it seems as if time has stopped. In the middle of the canyon, a large 12-meter waterfall suddenly appears, from which tons of water fall every second.
Okatse canyon is one of the most interesting sights of Imereti. it is located 50 km North-West of Kutaisi and 30 km North of Tskaltubo. The peculiarity of the canyon is that human intervention did not spoil the natural attractiveness of the place, but improved it – a 780-meter cantilever bridge runs along one of the walls of the canyon at an altitude of 140 meters.
The Kinchkha waterfall is a natural attraction in Western Georgia. It is located in the canyon of the river Okatse. This place is quite wild and uncivilized, but this is even more attractive and mysterious.
